OUTCIDER

As OUTCIDER’s digital marketing partner in Northern Ireland, we crafted and executed a social media marketing strategy; including organic Instagram content creation, channel management, Meta advertising and influencer marketing. Our goal was to boost brand awareness and drive sales both in the on and off trade, whilst creating a thriving and engaged community of OUTCIDER brand fans on Instagram.

Our strategy focused on creating engaging and entertaining content that resonated with OUTCIDER lovers, by tapping into key trends and seasons, keeping content local and connecting with brand-qualified influencers amongst the Northern Ireland community. We strategically partnered with influencers who authentically embodied the core values of OUTCIDER to solidify the brand’s propositioning in Northern Ireland.

Our ongoing social media campaign was geared towards maintaining consistent results and elevating brand engagement. We aimed to continually ensure that OUTCIDER remained top of mind all year around, with a focus on maintaining a strong presence ahead of and during the key summer season. Our strategy also maintained a consistent focus on fostering community growth and nurturing the connection between OUTCIDER and its audience.

We formulated our social media advertising strategy with a clear focus on reaching OUTCIDER’s key audiences and driving mental availability during ‘Cider Season’, whether that be at-home-in-your-garden or beer garden consumption occasions, as well as summer festivals. Our objective was to elevate brand touch-points, ensuring that OUTCIDER was an omnipresent force, positioning the brand synonymously with these key seasons.

Campaign activity was optimised as it progressed, as we continually tested and monitored our efforts to ensure maximum effectiveness and results. We stayed attuned to the latest trending topics across social media, allowing us to remain adaptable and responsive to the evolving wants and needs of the OUTCIDER community.

The results from OUTCIDER have exceeded all commercial and digital objectives. Both on-trade and off-trade sales saw positive growth, further indicating high levels of increased brand awareness. This has been further affirmed in the incredible growth in the OUTCIDER community and surges in user-generated-content throughout the campaign.
