As the digital marketing partner for OUTCIDER in Northern Ireland, we crafted a strategic social media marketing campaign to amplify brand awareness & consideration for OUTCIDER among target audiences ahead of and during the key summer season; nurturing the brand community on Instagram, leveraging Meta advertising and influencer collaborations.

To further brand awareness and mental availability early summer, to support in keeping OUTCIDER top-of-mind when it came to ordering at a bar or restaurant, or picking up seasonal drinks in local off-licenses and retailers - we curated an influencer gifting campaign.

OUR APPROACH

Maximising brand touch points during Cider Season.

We developed a qualified list of brand and target audience-aligned influencers and content creators in Northern Ireland; ranging from micro-influencers with niche & engaged followings, to mid-macro-influencers who have a wide reach.

Each influencer individually aligned with the OUTCIDER brand in their individual unique way; whether it was aesthetic, values, humour or creativity. This carefully curated range of influencers ensured that this gift drop would resonate deeply with the OUTCIDER target audiences; aged 25-34.

The gift drop landed with 30 selected influencers in peak ‘Cider Season’, ensuring that OUTCIDER remained synonymous with summer consumption moments; pints in bars & beer gardens, as well as cans at home.

The gift featured bespoke OUTCIDER merchandise which deeply resonated with the OUTCIDER target audiences, featuring trendy items associated with summer, such as bucket hats & net shopping bags, as well as the traditional iconic OUTCIDER hoodies & t-shirts. As well as cans of OUTCIDER, a leaflet detailing on and off trade availability aligning with summer consumption occasions. This gift drop was a springboard for meaningful connections with key influencers.

We were met with overwhelming results, not only from the giftees but from the OUTCIDER community, with everyone vying to get their hands on some OUTCIDER merch. 70% (21/30) of the influencers actively engaged with the gift drop, creating high-quality content that fueled excitement & anticipation.
