As a female founded agency, supporting women in their careers and in leadership roles is something Hannah and I are both particularly passionate about, as well as supporting anyone in their career journey. In the very early idea stage of setting up Part Three Digital, creating an environment where our future team members felt supported and nurtured in their work was important to us. Everyone deserves the opportunity to feel this way.
We are delighted to have recently signed up as a member of The Diversity Mark, which identifies us as a progressive company, having declared our commitment to building a more diverse and inclusive workplace to benefit all employees, current and future. The Diversity Mark is currently recognised in Northern Ireland and Ireland, and we are certainly in good company, with a number of brands and organisations being members at various stages of their journey promoting diversity and inclusion.
We are currently in the middle of our planning and assessment process for the Bronze Diversity Mark accreditation. As part of this membership, our team will access regular training, webinars and events on a number of Diversity and Inclusion topics, to better our practices and knowledge. We will also learn from other companies who have been through the process and can share their experiences with us as we progress on our accreditation journey.
We are a small but growing team, and we are excited to take this step and have the support of The Diversity Mark team to better our agency for the future.
